2 Tips for Holding Your People Accountable

Accountability is about delivering on a commitment. 

It’s a responsibility to an outcome, not just a set of tasks. It’s taking initiative with thoughtful, strategic follow-through. 

 A major part of coaching for performance is holding your people accountable. 

There are 8 things you can do to hold your team accountable.
