Dr Anh Tran is an experienced Emergency Physician and health system leader with over 17 years of clinical and leadership expertise.
A Fellow of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine, Anh combines general medical knowledge with a passion for quality improvement, clinical governance, and organisational leadership. He has held leadership roles including Director of Emergency Medicine Training, Clinical Advisor for Quality and Safety, and Manager of Improvement and Innovation at Mercy Health.
Anh is currently completing an MBA at Melbourne Business School and holds a Master of Health Services Management, equipping him with strong business and strategic skills. He is a Non-Executive Director at Anam Cara House Geelong, where he co-chairs the Board Quality Subcommittee, advising on strategy, risk, and governance.
Anh’s professional focus is helping leaders build resilience, effective leadership skills, and creating psychologically safe, high-performing teams. His expertise managing in complex health systems translates into practical strategies for corporate leaders seeking to optimise performance and wellbeing.
Outside work, Anh is a keen runner and fitness enthusiast, enjoys gardening, and loves exploring new destinations through travel.
