As the year draws to a close, Team PAG is taking a moment this week to pause, connect, and celebrate together at our Christmas gathering. Among all the strategy, planning, and exciting groundwork for 2026, we’re reminded of something essential: celebration isn’t a nice-to-have – it’s a leadership strategy.
It anchors us.
It connects us.
It reminds us why we do what we do.
In the whirlwind of the final quarter, it’s easy to stay focused on finishing strong – but taking time to reflect and acknowledge wins is one of the most powerful ways to close the year with intention.
In that spirit, we’re sharing two things today:
- Our top team highlights from 2025, and
- Practical ways you can celebrate with your own team to boost connection, culture, and momentum heading into 2026.
Our Top Milestones & Wins from 2025
These are the moments and achievements that fuelled us, stretched us, and inspired us to keep balcony-sitting, blue-sky thinking, and building boldly for the future:
🌱 1. Growing Our Team
This week marks one year with Victoria, our Marketing & Growth Manager – and what a year it’s been. Her creativity, storytelling, and strategic energy have helped shape our brand evolution and deepen our community connection.
📚 2. Writing & Launching SHINE
Stepping into vulnerability, SHINE launched into the world – reaching both Australian and International Bestseller status with the incredible support of our community. Grab yourself a copy for Christmas!
⚙️ 3. Upgrading Our CRM & Automation
A huge behind-the-scenes win that opened the door for stronger systems, deeper personalisation, and more value for our networks.
👥 4. Creating Two New Group Coaching Masterminds
Not one but two new monthly mastermind communities emerged this year – our GLEP and GSEP – each with its own LMS and treasure trove of value – now supporting our leadership alumni and financial services leaders to reconnect and grow forward together.
🌐 5. Redeveloping Our Website
We loved refreshing our digital home that better reflects that reflects the heart, ambition, and evolution of our brand.
🎥 6. Launching Beyond Business
Six months in, and what started as a passion project with my dear friends Arthur Kallos and Bram Lagrou has now become a community-loved LinkedIn Live fortnightly series featuring leaders, founders, and thinkers sharing the stories beneath success, curiosity, courage, and real leadership conversations.
🎓 7. Delivering Two Full Leadership Excellence Program Cohorts
We welcomed a record number of new leaders into our alumni community in 2025 – and walked alongside them as they grew in confidence, capability, and connection.
🎙️ 8. Featuring on Six Podcasts
Sharing insights and value with aligned communities – doing what we love most. Thank you to all of our collaborators and their audiences for welcoming us onto your airwaves.
🎫 9. Hitting An Event Milestone
2025 saw us reaching over 1000 followers – like-minded leaders across the globe who have all come to the 186 events we’ve held over the last 4 years. What makes us proud isn’t just the numbers – it’s the ripple effect. Every conversation, every tool shared, every insight has gone on to shape teams, organisations, and lives in ways we may never fully see.
🏛️ 10. Becoming a Pre-Qualified Local Buy Supplier
A proud moment that enables us to partner with even more purpose-driven government organisations to strengthen leadership, culture and workplace performance.
🤝 11. Launching The Edge
Together with long-time friend Dr Anh Tran, we established the first executive coaching + medical advisory alliance in Australia for high-performance leaders.
🚗 12. Taking Our Work National
Across roadshows, keynotes, masterclasses, and dealer group engagements – 2025 has been full of rooms filled with passionate professionals committed to lifting their impact. These moments continue to affirm our purpose.
