In mid 2021 when I made a move to buy out my business partner I realised that I was about to become the sole owner and CEO of a business that (although profitable and well established) lacked a lot of structure and culture to take it to the next level. I reached out to Kylie after following her Instagram for some time and seeing the wise words of wisdom that she would post, triggering me to think deeper about my company and where we were headed. That initial contact led to 6 x 1 on 1 professional coaching sessions. These sessions allowed me to unpack my challenges and ideas, helping me to unlock my own potential and grow further. From these sessions we identified a need for a more structured leadership program and sales conversation framework within the company. We just had to many loose ends for my own comfort especially given the pace pf growth we are experiencing.

The implementation of the leadership training and conversation framework through Kylie and PAG has been a game changer. We established a baseline for almost all of the interactions internally and externally of the business. I refer back to the training daily and hold refresh sessions with my team constantly. Kylie is personable.
