LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE PROGRAM
Many leaders were put into a leadership position because they were great technicians, practitioners, or just great at their job and the next logical step was leadership. However, when they moved into the leadership role, they weren’t provided with the tools, frameworks, and practical skills to lead people or understand how to navigate the challenges of leading a team.
We find many leaders know at a high level what to do, why they should do it, when they should do it, and who they should do it with. However, the biggest challenge for them is how to do it, and particularly how to do it in a way that is productive, engaging and inspiring.
