Since 2021, Rgee has been the quiet force powering Performance Advisory Group from behind the scenes. More than an Executive Assistant, he’s the glue that holds everything together—wearing multiple hats with grace, precision, and a genuine passion for learning and development. 

With a background in accountancy, business administration and operations management, Rgee leads the coordination of our leadership, client engagement, and coaching programs - ensuring every experience runs smoothly and delivers maximum value. He’s also our go-to for technical and digital innovation, overseeing continuous improvements to our systems, software, and automation. From nurturing sequence builds to diagnostic tool development, to being the mastermind behind our evolving website—Rgee’s fingerprints are on every corner of our digital ecosystem.
